At Naan Furniture, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't fit your space or style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our online portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our logistics partners to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
